Meet Kim

Kim Hartley is a native Angeleno and resident of Beverly Hills. Having lived and owned property in several parts of Los Angeles, she has an insider's knowledge of the many little neighborhoods around town. Kim grew up in the San Fernando Valley and Manhattan Beach and is a graduate of UCLA. For 20 years, Kim ran her own educational consulting firm across California. Her expertise in personalized school placements adds value for her clients with school-aged children. Kim has assisted clients with new developments, multi-family, commercial and residential real estate needs.
