Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Janelle moved to Los Angeles in 2006.

Janelle enjoys the aspect of real estate where she is of service to her clients. She is known for getting things done. She wants her clients to feel that whatever they need, and whenever they need her, she'll take care of it.

Giving Back

Janelle is a firm believer in giving back and is particularly passionate about first-time home ownership. She volunteers with several organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, which allows her to pay it forward. The first home her family owned and the home she grew up in was a Habitat home. The sense of pride and thankfulness her mother expressed when they were finally able to move into that home is something she will never forget and will forever cherish. To be a part of that journey for others is something she considers a privilege.

Janelle also serves on the board of herlocal Boys and Girls club. Growing up, this was a second home for her and her brothers. The club provided a safe, positive, and influential environment for them after school. She is thankful for the opportunity to give back to such an amazing organization.

Why

Janelle is definitely an eternal optimist, a person who stays positive no matter what. She believes that if everything starts with positive energy, everything should end up the same way. She is very much into fitness, more specifically, running. She runs every day, which usually leads to a marathon or two a year. Janelle is also a (vegan) foodie! She tries to mix in all of the good stuff with a little of the bad because her heart lies with Southern comfort food, which is where her husband Don is from (who is also a vegan chef, lucky!). Janelle is the mother of two girls, who are her daily obsession!! Miss Jordan & Miss Skylar are Janelle’s most important “whys.”
