Born and raised in West LA, Dave has seen the real estate market change many times over the years. He began his real estate career in 2004 by flipping small properties, and grew to manage the construction of multi-million dollar new homes across the westside. He became a real estate agent in 2016 to buy and sell his own projects, and then branched out to representing clients in their search for a new home and to sell their homes.
