Carol Koffel

Carol Koffel earned a B.S. from Art Center College of Design in 1983 and an MFA from California College of Art in 2011. She is an entrepreneur at heart and views real estate as an essential part of your investment portfolio.

Her early career includes work as a carpenter, ceramic artist, time as an interior designer/project manager at Skidmore Ownings and Merrill and design work in France for Peugeot, PSA.

In 1991, she co-founded Gingko Design Inc., an industrial design consultancy whose clients relied upon her impeccable capacity for design and systems thinking. Simply put, design thinking, is a way of seeing the relationships between disparate elements and organizing them into functional and aesthetic solutions.
